Ecorus supplies all Stek homes with solar power.

Woonstichting Stek, has chosen Ecorus to make its entire housing stock sustainable with solar power over the next few years. This involves 500 homes per year. For the construction of the installations and their maintenance, Hans Al, Stek director, signed the cooperation agreement with Sander van der Laan, Ecorus Home director.

“At this time when energy prices are skyrocketing, we think it’s great to help Stek tenants make their homes more sustainable. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits that solar energy offers.” Sander van der Laan, director Ecorus Home.

An 8 for tenant satisfaction

Distinctive in the plan of action to get tenants excited about the solar power project is the emphasis on personal contact in the recruitment campaign. We deployed various means of communication, executed in the house style and in line with STEK’s use of language. The best approach is also determined per district together with STEK. For example, a neighborhood where many seniors live appreciates an information meeting, while this is less necessary when more (young) families live in a neighborhood. A promise was made to STEK to go for an 8 in terms of tenant satisfaction.

Multilingual customer service

Wanneer de zonnestroom-installatie is aangesloten, dan neemt de monteur alles haarfijn door met de huurder. Ook laat hij een handige informatiefolder achter en plakt een sticker op de installatie met het storingsnummer. Daarna ontvangt de huurder automatisch een e-mail met een klanttevredenheidsonderzoek. Heeft de huurder vragen? Dan kan zij dagelijks terecht bij de ervaren klantenservice. De huurder krijgt dan een vriendelijke en oplossingsgerichte medewerker aan de lijn die heldere antwoorden in meerdere talen kan geven.
