Through its partnership with Marq Logistics (previous GLP) in The Netherlands, Ecorus develops, builds and operates a nationwide portfolio of rooftop PV projects across logistics assets. Handling full development, EPC, O&M, and PPA structuring. Individual sites range from 1–10 MWp with expected outputs of ~1–10 GWh/year. First projects are already operational and fully contracted. A new tranche is in development, targeting first production and PPA start in 2026. Each project includes Guarantees of Origin, steerable production while the SDE++ subsidy protects to low energy prices.

This portfolio builds on proven success at G-Park Zevenaar, one of Europe’s largest solar roofs (16.2 MWp), where Ecorus facilitated a CPPA between Marq and Fastned, a landmark deal that channels rooftop solar directly to EV fast-charging stations via Scholt Energy.

Beyond mobility, Ecorus and Marq also use PPAs to bridge logistics real estate with multi-site retail (e.g., Jan Linders), strengthening business cases and accelerating decarbonisation.
